The Royal Logistic Corps' badge combines the Garter from the Royal Engineers, the star and wreath from the Royal Corps of Transport, the crossed axes from the Royal Pioneer Corps, the Arms of the Board of Ordnance from the Royal Army Ordnance Corps, and the motto ('We Sustain') from the Army Catering Corps.
In 1993 the Royal Corps of Transport, the Royal Army Ordnance Corps, the Royal Pioneer Corps, the Army Catering Corps and the Royal Engineers Postal and Courier Service were merged to form the Royal Logistic Corps.
The Royal Logistic Corps is the British Army’s largest corps. From storing and moving equipment, fuel, ammunition, and supplies, to cooking meals, fixing IT systems, and delivering the mail, it supports Army operations around the world, whether by land, sea, or air.
