The Baden-Württemberg Police is the state police force of the German state of Baden-Württemberg.
In 1975 the West German Police Forces adopted a new nationwide standard uniform designed by Heinz Ostergaard.
The standard uniform consisted of:
1. Moss-green: tunic, parka, pullover without shroud, coat, visor cap and necktie,
2. Brown-beige: trouser, pullover, and cardigan and
3. bamboo-yellow: shirt (long and short sleeve),
4. Shoes, boots, holsters, leather jackets, and other leather gear were black,
5. Leather gloves were olive drab.
The Baden-Württemberg sleeve patch changed in 1975/79 by having the words "POLIZEI" added above the coat-of-arms.
